Reality is a week of events run by the OICCU which is open to the whole university. The purpose of the 'Reality' theme is to explore the place of God in the reality of modern world, and to present our belief that the existence of God and his love for humanity is a reality.
Throughout the week we will be holding lunchtime and evening talks at the Town Hall, addressing themes of justice, suffering, truth and human nature. There will be opportunity at each event to ask questions and to discuss issues arising out of the talk, and we will provide free lunch at the lunchtime events, and drinks and snacks with live music in the evenings. Our speaker for the week, Richard Cunningham, will be available throughout the week for anyone who would like to meet him for discussion.
